Why interior projects take months, and how a system changes that

Most people start an interior project with excitement. They picture the finished home, choose designs and materials, and look forward to moving in. Then the project slowly turns stressful. Design discussions keep going, changes keep arriving, materials show up at different times, and one question keeps coming back: when will my home actually be finished?

The problem is rarely the furniture

Delays almost never come from the quality of materials or craftsmanship. They come from the lack of a controlled process. Too many open decisions, too much waiting between trades, and nobody clearly owning each stage.

What a system changes

A system replaces improvisation with a plan. The design is agreed and frozen before production begins. Materials are ordered ahead of the moment the factory needs them. Furniture is built in a controlled environment, checked, and then installed in a planned sequence. Every stage has a schedule and an owner.

Predictability is the real benefit

Speed matters, but predictability matters more. When you know what happens at each stage and when, you can plan around it: arrange leave, coordinate a move, or schedule the rest of your life with confidence. That is the idea behind F21. Completion in 21 days, subject to agreed project conditions, is the result of the process and not a promise made on hope.
